The launch of Pliaglis, a combination medicine used to numb small areas of skin for minor cosmetic procedures, was of interest to several different targets—consumers seeking more comfort with cosmetic procedures, professionals hoping to provide a better experience to their patients and thought leaders in the aesthetic space. So we developed a digital hub that would satisfy all three.

For the professional audience, our online portal allowed for virtual sampling, sharing of opinions and ideas, and one-on-one sessions with Pliaglis experts, along with a custom toolbox of business building essentials like on-demand video and print education, email reminders and printable patient satisfaction support.
