Driving patient and professional engagement across the acuity funnel
Faced with increased competition for patients and consumerization of the healthcare market, Piedmont Healthcare needed an effective way to engage patients before and after a visit to one of its centers. So we developed the Living Better program, a segmented monthly CRM that tapped into Piedmont's existing library and delivered personalized content based on patient interest and need.
Piedmont also wanted to increase awareness of its central and local high-acuity service lines among both patients and referring physicians, so we developed a fully integrated cross-channel campaign targeting Piedmont’s hardest to reach markets, with all tactics independently trackable to dynamic landing environments within Piedmont’s primary digital hub. We leveraged Piedmont physicians to create a documentary style video distinguishing the Piedmont Heart Institute in local, regional and national markets, leading the development of overall position and creative concepts, core themes, visual storyboards, on-screen copy, physician interview questions and soundbite coaching guides.
