Redeveloping a brand for a new generation

Solantic, the leader in retail urgent care centers throughout Florida, had two big challenges: its name and its audience. While the brand meant something to baby boomers, it didn’t resonate with its biggest underserved market, younger consumers aged 25 to 34.

Data showed these consumers lived online and were all about convenience on the go, so we refreshed and repositioned the company as Carespot and made digital our program’s core.

We created a mobile site to check wait times, reserve appointments and start paperwork; an SMS feature for seasonal reminders like flu shots and allergy meds; and ongoing CRM and social content to help keep the conversation alive.
